PLEASE NOTE:
Store Policy on Returns
We gladly EXCHANGE but do NOT REFUND for incorrect choice, if someone else has purchased you the same product, or if you simply change your mind.
- EXCHANGES must be made WITHIN 14 DAYS of purchase.
- ORIGINAL REGISTER DOCKETS are required for proof of purchase.
- If the product has been used the manufacturer has the right to repair or replace at their discretion.
- You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit note where goods are faulty before use,wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.
- All products for sale in this store are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
- The product must be unopened and in original state from when purchased before a store credit will be given.
Postage and Shipping
Postage will not be calculated at check out. Please contact Enoggera Camping for shipping quotes. Once your order has been processed and payment cleared it will be packed and despatched to you within 3-5 working days. Items are sent Monday-Friday, we do not despatch on public holidays or weekends. We send all our products through Couriers Please. Pick up is only available on selected items. PO Box addresses will not be accepted as we do not deliver to these locations.All items must be signed for.
Warranties
All items sold on the internet come with a warranty standard. It is up to the buyer to read and understand the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty. Enoggera Camping is not responsible for the warranty of the product, it is a manufacturers warranty only. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please enclose a full description and if possible a photo proof of the problem, a copy of your receipt, if these items are not included on return of the faulty product/s we will not process your claim. Enoggera Camping will not cover any cost(s) involved in the returns of faulty products to us

Enoggera Camping do not generally offer returns. If you have any further questions on this matter please contact us. Postage cost is NON refundable
Prices
Prices listed online on our website are for online sales only. Prices may differ from instore to online. We do not match prices we list online or instore with one or the other.
Stock Availability
With all stock it can become very hard to monitor and maintain a true record of our stock availability. With some items they can be very high sellers and this may be one of the causes of stock being sold instore and not being recorded online. We try as hard as possible to maintain this feature but sometimes things may be incorrect. If you do order an item that has been displayed as in stock but we later inform you that it is not, your order(s) will be placed on backorder until they become available. If you wish to check your items availability please do not hesitate to contact us.
